Vacation, Sick and Holidays

Time Off Accruals and Holidays: 

  • District has 10 holidays per year paid at 1 1/2 x hourly rate if worked.
  • Paid time off and sick leave with yearly carryover
  • Vacation leave is accrued at 6+ hours per pay period.
  • Sick leave is accrued at 6 hours per pay period.

Retirement plan

  • Texas County & District Retirement System (TCDRS) retirement plan: 2:1 match at 7% with 8 year vesting
  • Optional Supplemental 457(b) Retirement plan
